The Judicial Branch
SECTION 1
This section is about the powers and restrictions of the supreme court and the inferior courts. The supreme court is the highest most powerful court. It has the power over impeachments, which are the act of questioning the power and integrity of a person in power. An inferior court has less power than the supreme court, but still has the power over regular court cases and addressing grievances.

Section two of the third article is about the specific boundaries and powers the Judicial Branch has. The Judicial Branch is one of the three branches of government. This branch is in charge of the law. The court is a part of the Judicial Branch

This section explains the consequences of Treason and who decides the punishment. Treason is the act of fighting against your own country. If someone were accused of treason, congress would decide the punishment and only if there are two witnesses.
